12 Union Court
New London's newest neighborhood at Union Court is finished and rented except for one large onebedroom apartment which should be available by the end of August.
Union Court is less than a block from the heart of the city, on Union Street just past the Crocker House or a half a block up Pearl Street from Eugene O'Neill Drive. All apartments have washer-dryer hookups. and plenty of closet and storage space. There is off street parking via a private entrance. But who needs a car when everything downtown is with in walking distance! To be added to our waiting list call 860-961-7746. This project started in May of 2006 and represents an investment of over 1.3 million dollars. Wherever possible original features such as mahogany hand rails with ivory inlay have been preserved. Although each unit is equipped with a state of the art gas fired heating system the original fireplace mantels have been preserved as decorative features in the main living areas. If you qualify, special workforce discounts may be made available. Welcome to New London's newest old neighborhood.
Modern Kitchens
All apartments have ample closets and storage
Union Court has been leased. The buildings were gutted down to the stud walls and some new stud walls have been added to improve the configuration of the units. The attic was redeveloped so that we can add 2 bedrooms and a bath room giving us a 5 bedroom two bath apartment on the second and third floors. The first floor has a 3 bedroom apartment with private deck space as well as access to the basement and has been rented. Both apartments have washer and dryer hook ups. 12 Union Court has also been leased. This building has a very spacious 4 bed room apartment on the top two floors; and a very nice 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor which has also been leased. See the most recent pictures below.
